To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一間位於炮台山橫街的日式料理良心小店,可以吃得出食物皆用心製作。最有名是其自家製的烏冬和蕎麥麵,更可選擇熱食或冷食。今日不想吃得太油膩,所以點了素食菜式的昆布白蘿蔔野菜關東煮,以及清涼的冷烏冬。烏冬做得彈牙有咬口,配自行加入wasabi的冷麵汁,十分清新開胃。至於野菜關東煮,食物份量不算太多,但湯底和各種配料到十分新鮮清甜。想食得輕盈的話,誠意推薦這個配搭。是日午餐:昆布白蘿蔔野菜關東煮,配冷烏冬($68)
