今日收工去咗公司對面新嘅大廈一樓試吓呢間意大利手工意粉,餐廳好有心思佈置因為就嚟到聖誕,我哋坐低之後,服務員非常好,為我哋介紹餐牌,佢推介左我哋食個二人餐,首先每人會送一份煙三文魚忌廉芝士千層酥皮盒,好鬆脆好好食,跟住就有手工麵包,一個係蕃茄包,一個係合桃提子包,好煙韌好好食,之後有蘑菇湯,係蘑菇打成茸非常濃郁,之後就係前菜第一個昆布漬牡丹蝦薄片刺身,半血橙醋汁,識落係新鮮嘅,好似橙味嘅生蝦刺身咁。第二個前菜係日式醬油漬糖心蛋黃多士,伴黑松露意大利軟芝士和魚子醬,平時我係唔食蛋黃,但係呢個蛋黃係浸左醬油漬二十四小時,所以偏實心一點,同埋因為用日本雞蛋冇蛋黃臭味。之後就係意粉,我哋揀咗慢煮雞胸雞白湯意粉,意粉偏硬身一點,因為係手工製作的,比坊間一些意粉要偏硬一點,但係雞胸好嫩滑,唔似係雞胸嘅好好食。之後仲有一個慢煮龍躉伴大蜆花膠魚白湯,冇諗過原來魚白湯咁好味,好香魚味,龍躉厚肉唔會鞋。之後甜品我哋揀咗一個伯爵茶意式奶凍伴焦糖脆脆,我同老公都非常鍾意食呢個,伯爵茶味非常夠,奶凍好滑,焦糖脆脆超級好味呀。另一個係檸檬撻,佢介紹我哋要配合蛋白一齊食會冇咁酸,但係我覺得酸酸地好開胃尤其是係食完飯
