上次約朋友search到呢間舖, 但因為舖比較迷你, 坐得唔耐就放棄咗。所以今日返學前冇人陪就嚟試吓揀咗A餐跟意粉。我知鰻魚配飯先係王道, 但我真係想食意粉, 不喜勿插因為每日會fine tune menu, 老闆用黑板仔做menu, 好得意雖然我11點就去食, 但都覺得佔3人枱唔係幾好。但老闆好貼心, 話我放袋坐吧枱唔方便。落咗單之後就聽到老闆下廚嘅"炸炸"聲~廚房細細, 但因為咁未食就聞到香味。即叫即整, 唔似茶記/快餐店一煲汁淋百樣餸菜湯端嚟濃郁茄香撲鼻~老闆提醒湯熱要小心~加咗香草, 真係睇到一塊捽爛嘅碎, 唔係常見嗰啲樽裝粉狀香草菜都好多, 但可能太早, 菜可以再軟身啲賣相手掌咁長嘅鰻魚~意粉係驚喜!彈牙有咬口, 滑身, 有落油烚~配鰻魚汁原來好惹味~流黃窿邊太陽蛋~~焦糖化, 雖油分可以再多啲,但都做到入口即化。見住有骨, 但食落完全察覺唔到汁好多, 但可以試吓撥開汁食啖, 魚油味會更出~
