To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺呢間鋪頭出名之前，就已經有元朗地頭蟲帶我去食過😋 以前純粹去華嫂冰室食嘢嗰陣，經過條路會見到。後尾個朋友話呢間都係元朗好出名嘅，所以就試咗第一次，當時試咗芒果煎肉餅飯，話佢就係靠呢尾餸出名嘅之後都陸陸續續食咗幾次，再後來佢已經出咗名啦，有另一邊嘅鋪頭，價錢亦都貴左好多，但質素仍然喺度嘅，而且多咗好多新花款。我見自己都食咗芒果嗰款咁多次，係時候要試吓新野叫咗個六重芝士煎肉餅飯！我冇問到老闆點樣六重芝士法，肉餅同肉餅之間都有芝士，面嗰度又有一層芝士，食落去就好似肉餅中間都有啲芝士流出黎咁～每塊肉餅個面都係煎到脆脆地，咬落去就好似食緊漢堡扒咁，肉餅入面有好多肉碎組成，外脆內嫩，個調味都好正好啱撈飯，自己都鍾意再淋啲甜豉油落去每碟肉餅飯都會配條菜心，女仔來講係飽到撐住個肚，非常之夠食😛 不過如果同芒果嗰款比較嘅話，芒果嗰款比較有噱頭，而且酸酸地開胃啲，會想食返芒果款多啲
