年多前曾光顧過,今天看菜價仍是差不多一樣,沒有因入選為米芝蓮車胎人美食而加價。老闆推薦吃印尼黃錦飯,顧名思義即雜錦黃薑飯。逐樣食材介紹,先是配料黃黃啡啡的以為是炸蒜粒,吃落原來是椰絲,唔甜且越𡁻越出味,撈些黃薑飯一起吃,鹹鹹甜甜好開胃。巴東牛肉,是牛𦟌肉,都幾辣吓,但撈埋飯吃相當正。佛掌瓜絲,煑得軟淋,清清甜甜。雞鎚仔,少少乾硬,並不似一般中式的做法,但又醃得入味,雞肉又唔嚡。豆角豆干,炆得軟熟,少少辣,豆干仍有彈性,送飯一流。魚仔花生,做法好似花生糖,啲花生和魚仔都香脆無比。蛋是曾炸過外頭,但不會油淋淋的。黃薑飯,唔油,好像染了黃色的飯,味道比白飯多了少少味道,但又唔覺有薑味。全碟雜錦飯就像家常吃的幾餸飯。全部餸都是獨立送飯一流的菜色。一個簡單的多餸印尼什錦飯做得地道之餘亦感受到種種食材都是很用心的製作。沒有是因不起眼的伴菜而敷衍了事。
