今日終於都早起,的起心肝去拜訪吓呢間一直都想幫襯嘅小店。先前聽朋友介紹過,但佢地開早,好似收下晝三點,對我呢啲夜鬼黎講,確實高難度去幫襯。朝早十點零入到舖,當其他客人都仲係食緊早餐嘅時候,店員問我想食乜,我直接話想食魚!佢話要等20分鐘,無問題。心裡暗喜,即係即蒸啦。想食好野,除咗廚藝之外,都貴乎係新鮮。叫咗出面食店少有得食嘅蒸一夜乾馬友,鮮呀!果種久違嘅咸鮮味,實在令人感動。上面舖咗少少薑蓉吊味,簡直錦上添花呀。聽到隔離幾檯食食吓都問叫攞啲辣椒醬,都好奇想試吓,點解檯檯都問。我係好鍾意食辣;但食蒸魚落辣覺得有啲嘥咗。最後都忍唔住𢳂咗一羹落去碗飯度,都好味喎。味有啲特別,好似泰國黃辣椒同少少蒜頭,同市面一般泰式或潮式唔同;同埋夠辣。
