新年倒數去左尖沙咀慶祝,但我地又無特登book餐廳,又唔想去商場排隊等開飯,比我地搵到間新開越南餐廳試吓。其實位置唔難搵到,係韓國街近凍肉店個度。餐廳格局簡單,雖然無豪裝,但坐得都舒服。餐牌都多野簡,有飯,麵同撈檬。一入到去老闆娘非常熱情,不停介紹佢地招牌蝦湯麵比我地,甘就當然要試下啦,我地就叫左三少爺蝦湯麵$90,香茅豬排撈檬$55,再加幾款小食。三少爺蝦湯麵... 老闆話用成7斤蝦殼煲左6個鐘,成本都佔左$200幾蚊,飲左一啖湯,好清甜,魚片吸晒湯底味道,好好食,食得出連魚片都係用靚野來,唔係雪藏好耐個種。另一重點係舊腩肉,肥而不油,肉質嫩,聽講都係花好多時間整,油麵彈牙,軟硬度剛好,講真$90 一d都唔貴,全部都花工夫整。豬排撈檬..... 上菜比佢嚇親,舊豬排成個碗面甘多,豬排好香口,夠juicy,外皮煎到少少焦,入面仍然多汁,旁邊蔥油唔好睇少佢,撈理麵度,好好食,蘿白絲都係鋪頭自己整,突然覺得師傅好忙,哈哈。豬頸肉$30同街外面既豬肉有d 唔同,肥膏無甘多,食第一啖有驚喜,肉嫩滑但外皮竟然係少少脆皮,老闆話係因為煎左,再切開。蝦餅$48又係師傅手工整出來,自己撻蝦膠,即叫即整

老闆大推,本來諗住雞排同外面茶餐廳差不多款。點知來到,聞落好香,雞皮煎到勁香,又係外脆內多汁。

理單兩個人都係$250左右,又飽又好食,尖沙咀來講真係抵食,下次會再去試其他野。
