我今日食咗1)下火莞茜皮蛋鍋佢湯底用雞熬製,鍋入面除芫荽皮蛋、還有大粒馬蹄、紅蘿蔔、粟米都好甜呀⋯⋯2)韓式泡菜餃子、鮮蝦雲吞(入面好大隻蝦)麻辣牛肉餃子(有dd辣)3)台灣極品香菇貢丸貢丸好彈牙菇香味濃。4)澳洲草飼羊柳片頭切薄片,灼一灼就可以。5)牛胸爽肉灼6-8秒,肉真係爽口。6)牛薄頸牛味濃有咬口。7)一人份刺身💓入面有海生蝦刺身,蝦肉彈牙,記得沾埋佢自製嘅生蝦汁黎食,正。重有希靈魚、三文魚、重有加拿大海膽👉真係好鮮甜。8)手工四寶丸,分別有蝦米鯪魚丸,手打墨魚丸、墨汁墨魚丸、粒粒鮮蝦丸。💓唔係雪藏嘅丸。9)還有韭菜餃(💓係用新鮮豬肉)10)💓牛丸💓👉用料並唔係普通嘅牛(店長係用咗和牛打成丸)所以牛丸味係香到不得了🤤每一口係都好香嘅和牛,超正。11)💓野生長裙竹笙💓店長揀選左至靚嘅竹笙,竹笙超厚身。
