週五晚約了數名同事到尖沙咀打邊爐聚餐,首嘗聚手工火鍋。餐廳裝潢比一般火鍋店好一點,但擺位略迫,環境頗嘈。火鍋湯底要了一份杏汁大白菜白肺湯,湯底煮滾開蓋的一舜間,杏汁香氣四溢,輕唊一口湯汁,雖然不及燉湯味濃,但已有一定水準。湯中不論白肺與大白菜皆算足料,是一道可推介的湯底。 海鮮美食點了桶蠔及帶子。桶蠔前後要了兩客,每客四至六隻。大隻桶蠔煮熟後都無乜「縮水」,肉厚非常,蠔香味鮮。帶子生料呈半透明,經烹煮後爽口帶甜。 牛肉要了牛邊肉部分,賣相普通喇,食感比較肥美油潤,牛香不俗。 雜項類要了手打蟹籽墨丸及海鮮金錢包。手打蟹籽墨魚丸夠彈牙,墨魚香氣則屬中規中矩。海鮮福袋賣相飽滿吸引,内含帶子海蝦等海鮮,亦有芹菜紅蘿蔔絲等餡料,味道都算不俗。 菜蔬用料佳,亦清洗鋪排乾淨企理。油墨菜綠嫩爽甜,娃娃菜視乎浸煮時間腍爽皆宜。粟米大碟量多,食味十分甜。 主食烏冬或許煮得過火了少許,口感稍稍腍身,但仍夠滑。 臨行前有西瓜拼朱古力作甜品,為整頓飯作一甜美終結。
