星期日,難得放假梗係食好0的﹗肚仔空空決定去打邊爐﹗友人介紹呢間龍城金記,話好好味就一於同食家及老友去試下﹗一行四人,坐低都唔洗講野就係啤啤佢先﹗今次試左呢個雪梨魚翅骨雞湯底﹗清清地,好香翅同埋雞味﹗炸魚皮是不可少的﹗呢個堅喇,芝士蝦丸﹗蝦丸以鮮打到起膠而成,入面釀左少少芝士,食落又香又滑,想不到蝦同芝士個味咁襯﹗全枱人都話超好食﹗不過好食都有代價,就係$80 8粒,即係10蚊一粒架﹗要食真0的先好﹗呢度services不錯呢﹗應該係老闆娘係咁同我地傾食咩食咩,又教我地應該點整先好食﹗佢推介既手打魚旦﹗彈牙又有濃烈魚香,灼一陣就好食喇﹗呢個酥炸腐皮又係一定要試﹗薄薄既腐皮卷成一條,放入湯灼一秒就得,吃落外軟內脆,相當惹味﹗如果吃較濃的湯底用來吸湯真係一百分﹗我地試左手打蝦滑同埋墨魚滑,相當之彈牙爽口,吃得出的蝦肉及墨魚粒滿佈,超新鮮真材實料﹗巨蟶子,$28隻我地要左三隻,佢地起哂片俾我地邊爐﹗輕灼三幾秒,味道鮮甜得不得了﹗呢個是最貴的超級手切肥牛,$238一碟﹗睇賣相就相當好,雪花勻稱,油脂平均,輕灼入口亦軟滑無渣,可惜的是牛味唔太濃,食家話方榮記的牛始終是最好的﹗最後要多個珊瑚蚌,爽

炸魚皮是不可少的﹗

呢個堅喇,芝士蝦丸﹗
蝦丸以鮮打到起膠而成,入面釀左少少芝士,食落又香又滑,想不到蝦同芝士個味咁襯﹗全枱人都話超好食﹗

我地試左手打蝦滑同埋墨魚滑,相當之彈牙爽口,吃得出的蝦肉及墨魚粒滿佈,超新鮮真材實料﹗

巨蟶子,$28隻我地要左三隻,佢地起哂片俾我地邊爐﹗
輕灼三幾秒,味道鮮甜得不得了﹗

呢個是最貴的超級手切肥牛,$238一碟﹗
睇賣相就相當好,雪花勻稱,油脂平均,輕灼入口亦軟滑無渣,可惜的是牛味唔太濃,食家話方榮記的牛始終是最好的﹗

最後要多個珊瑚蚌,爽口彈牙亦鮮味,雖知是雪藏貨不過味道也不錯呢﹗

四人吃得飽飽的每人埋單$200左右,係0的牛唔太夠味覺得美中不足,其餘食物也有水準,值得推介﹗
