星期日落大雨行唔到山,不如去爬下魚生山餐廳係青山道,嘉頓行前小小。宗像屋12點先開門,3點於落場。我地13:20開始等,14:00就入得去(可能今日落大雨先比平時少左人等)。大概13:40侍應就截龍lu,想食就要早啲去排隊喇 全部都係魚生山!只係魚生種類唔同。最平既梅有9種。 特上就多左海膽同蟹肉一飯三食!見其他食評開頭有三塊魚生,但我地又冇喎。餐牌都唔見有,唔知係咪星期日冇既呢🤔 先黎梅(HKD108)一桶飯上面仲有個魚生山!睇己經夠壯觀啦,聞都陣魚生味都已經好正!點知⋯ 原來特上仲勁呀。兩個拍埋一齊真係大帽山同嘉頓山既分別呀! 咁多魚生真係要小心翼翼咁撈先唔會跌到周圍都係!最方便既方法梗係食咁啲魚生先啦😝😝😝 壯麗既特上魚生山😍 海膽十分鮮甜!新鮮!魚生飯係暖既。 第二個食法就係做手卷。 紫菜脆脆。我覺得呢個食法最好味 食到最尾剩返唔多飯,就可以將所以飯放落藍邊個碗度。再侍應拎俾師傅加湯。 第三個食法 泡飯湯底熱到出煙,清湯內有麻醬。湯有少少蟹味。但呢個方法實在唔太得我歡心。魚生就係要生先鮮味㗎嘛。兩位師傅用日文溝通,應該一位是日本人嘛。哈哈,感覺比較原汁原味

湯底熱到出煙,清湯內有麻醬。湯有少少蟹味。但呢個方法實在唔太得我歡心。魚生就係要生先鮮味㗎嘛。

兩位師傅用日文溝通,應該一位是日本人嘛。哈哈,感覺比較原汁原味(感覺黎架姐,事實係咪我唔識日本野唔知呀)。如果只食梅可能會有啲失望,因為到平時既魚生飯冇乜分別,當然視覺效果爆晒燈。食特上海膽鮮甜確有驚喜,但俾多兩舊水為個海膽又好似唔係好值👉🏻👈🏻

老實講,價錢唔係特別平,餐廳又比較細,排隊都有time cost喇。冇野做黎排下隊,影下相,放上網呃like,一試無防😜
