To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

✨個人一直好想嘗試正式的印度餐，不過好擔心衛生問題🥹然後見到香港本地有好多評分好高嘅印度餐廳，終於去食佐第一餐🤗✨通過openrice訂座，備註用中文寫佐會過敏的食品，不過進店先發現，店員全部都係印度🇮🇳人，都淨係講英文😂。✨餐廳有2層，上層有可以容納20人開party嘅位置（店主好熱情感同我地介紹，叫我地再去多次。）我地今次係一樓用餐，餐位比較少，都坐得算舒服。✨餐廳有個2人餐，但係今次唔係好啱我胃口，所以直接單點。✨蔬菜咖喱角，裡面好多薯仔😂，咖喱味好吃但係超級頂飽。而且皮都係同往常一樣，比較厚，吃完一只，喉嚨好干😂✨瑪莎拉牛尾，咖喱汁好好味，但覺得容器比較細，如果可以再多d咖喱汁就好了🥹✨蒜蓉烤餅，上台嘅時候超級香，但係呢，食入口就覺得冇咩蒜蓉味🥹之後店主同我地傾計，我地反應佐唔夠蒜味，店主叫我地，一定要主動同店員說明要求，可以再加蒜😂✨最後加佐一條，印度炭爐烤鯧魚。加入檸檬汁之後，成條魚🐟香味撲鼻，超級快就比我地清碟，條魚真係值得100分！
