To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹龍記飯店,話佢d燒臘超得,咁岩經過即管買回家一試,當時6點多,入到店內,在門口的老闆娘問我要乜,態度已經麻麻地,買了$100乳豬,我便高高興興回家,7點倒回到家,準備開餐,一打開盒乳豬,發現左右兩邊啲乳豬唔同色,都冇乜為意,一食落口,原來淺色的乳豬係淋,而另外一邊顏色深的乳豬係脆嘅,我覺得好奇怪,為何買同一隻乳豬同一個部位,竟然右邊脆左邊淋,好奇怪囉,屋企人即刻話係咪俾人偷龍轉鳳,可能在斬乳豬的時候,被師傅玩左一半淋的乳豬,我之後致電龍記,諗住同佢反映呢件事,希望佢正視食物質素,老闆娘的態度奇差,蠻不講理,竟然話拎到返屋企淋一d都唔出奇,咁我問點解,我買的是同一個乳豬部份,為何部份脆,部份淋,仲可以唔同色,唔通用10分鐘的回家時間,乳豬就會發生重大的變化,淋同甩色,老闆娘無法解釋,身有屎地cut左我線,呢啲就係龍記嘅服務,大家真係要小心,點解可以咁做生意,貨不對辦,小心俾錢買雞會變咗買乳鴿,買乳豬變咗買燒肉,真係好令人失望有圖有真相,下圖就係我買回家的乳豬,上脆下淋及上深丶下淺色,能於10分鐘內變淋變色的乳豬,
