呢間Omakase日本餐廳位於尖沙咀亞士厘道一幢商業大廈,趁住年尾仲有entertainment budget,約左個客黎食個business lunch揀左個HKD599既『春』套餐,包含前菜、茶碗蒸、壽司九貫、海膽/拖羅杯、手卷、吸物, 以及甜品。鮟鱇魚肝作前菜,高級食店而言算係幾common既選擇,口感綿密,味道都幾濃郁,加左酸汁後味道更豐富。茶碗蒸口感滑嫩,蛋味適中,有雞肉,香菇等料,味道唔會太單調。壽司採用北海道米飯作漬飯,喜知次壽司,喜知次又名日本紅衫魚,但就相對昂貴,魚味清甜。鰤魚壽司,鰤魚腩壽司,鰤魚腩好比鰤魚,脂肪含量較高,魚油香較豐富。火灸深海池魚壽司:火灸深海池魚並不是常見既處理手法,但燒後將魚油逼出,油香較重,另有一番風味。另想講講藍鰭吞拿魚壽司,可算是魚中寶石,吞拿魚味濃郁,令人沉醉於當中。赤貝壽司:赤貝爽甜,十分Q彈。帆立貝壽司幼嫩細緻。火灸廣島蠔壽司,經火灸既廣島蠔變得超級奶滑可口,蠔味適中。海膽杯蓋上一層又一層既海膽,非常邪惡,奶滑可口,甚麼膽固醇我也拋諸腦後。吸物即係湯 (Soup) ,一般都係以白骨魚煮湯,煮出來奶白且鮮甜。而是日甜品係豆腐雪糕,香滑
