今晚同男朋友去麵屋福度食晚飯。餐廳嘅沾麵有三種口味,分別係魚介豚骨,黑蒜油豚骨,蕃茄紅油。 最吸引我想試嘅係佢嘅魚介豚骨沾麵,因為越簡單嘅菜式,要煮得好味,其實係好難的。而我男朋友就揀左黑蒜油豚骨沾麵。 佢嘅魚介豚骨沾湯色澤深濃,沾湯上有大量魚介粉,加埋蔥同埋洋蔥,令到味道更加有層次,而d麵都能夠掛滿沾湯,好味不過我覺得有少少可惜嘅係個沾湯唔算好夠熱,同埋個麵冇得揀凍麵...不過e個只係我個人嘅偏好,所以100分黎講,佢都有70分,e碗麵入面食得出有用心烹調嘅味道爭d唔記得左講下,個沾麵本身包左一隻半熟蛋同埋二片肩胛肉叉燒,半熟蛋味道濃香,而佢嘅叉燒雖然薄,但豬香味足,同埋調味岩岩好,唔會過咸又唔會冇味,我鐘意食
