To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

-說起英國的美食，大家必定會想起All day breakfast, afternoon tea 或是 fish and chips。但原來lobster rolls呢款知巷聞的美食亦係起源於New England。雖然，New England 實際上係位於美國的，但源本居主的都係英國的清真教徒，可以算得上係有不少的淵源。時至今日，lobster rolls 成為左一款主流的美食，而burger and lobster 就係其中一間在英國主打lobster rolls好出名的餐廳。因為本身好鐘意食海鮮，一聞說它來香港開pop up store，就已經好想來試。-食物: 點了一份Lobster roll 和 Grilled lobster。先說 lobster roll，龍蝦新鮮，肉質扎實，爽口彈牙，搭配上柔軟的烤麵包，口感豐富。醬料方面，Lemon Mayo 令龍蝦肉更清新，而蒜香牛油令麵包更香脆，整體昇華到另一個層次。至於Grilled Lobster，簡單而言就是只吃Lobster Roll 的龍蝦肉而已，想吃多一點龍蝦的，可以點這個。但吃原隻龍蝦跟吃大閘蟹一樣，不適合懶人。怕麻煩

-裝修: 餐廳位於Ozone 內，氣氛不容置疑。晚上燈光偏暗和紅，頗有格調。座位舒適。
-結論:因為點了兩杯飲品，埋單大約$550位。聽說和在英國吃的價錢不是差太遠，值得一試。
