To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

擺設不變自己太耐冇黎元氣，上次見係火車送餐已經覺得新奇，原來宜家已經全部電子化，之前都仲可以用IPad落單, 宜家冇左，要用自己手機掃嘅QR code, 但都幾好方便易用其實好懷念迴轉個感覺，可以慢慢揀，鐘意就攞，雖然有時會浪費，但睇住轉個感覺真的不錯。但亦欣賞嘅火車送餐，因為又快又準。而且有聲音提示你取完要幫火車回歸電子化後，上菜速度都非常快，亦可能因為較為夜晚關係冇乜人。見一共上中下3條路軌，上及中路軌最常用，下路軌有遮板，最後我見到如薯條等易散落就會用呢，幾細心當然，熱湯等還是人手送上的。雖然我唔食生野，但係元氣壽司係每1，2月就來，其實兒童之選好多都係我常食，亦因久唔久都會有新既菜單，所以都鐘意光顧
