To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日無帶飯又好多嘢做的日子，我通常都會叫譚仔外賣，鐘意佢可以打個電話落ORDER，然後隔一陣去拎，免卻在街上呆等的情況！每次都見到門口有堆人在等位/外賣。而我基本上每次都係叫雞肉清湯米線，因為我覺得叫雞肉抵D，而我又唔食得又唔鍾意辣，所以一定係清湯。打完電話隔十分鐘落去比錢就可以拎埋走。環保緣故我會叫佢米線同湯裝埋一齊，以前唔識咁講佢就會分開裝，用意係唔想浸到D米線淋哂掛，但我都立即食所以不存在這問題，反而慳番個膠兜，當然如果自己帶食物盒裝會更好，唔知佢地接唔接受呢？打開盒仍然超熱，要攤一陣先食得，份量OK的，雞肉也不少，米線夠彈牙，湯底其實都有D咸，唔識分係咪味精味
