To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我從來不抗拒食快餐, 我不是蔡瀾, 對麥記都幾支持, 薯條係我至愛, 自命踢多幾場波就可以燃燒掉反式脂肪。至於大家樂同大快活, 前者我只會食公司治(配料揀得好), 後者...... 冬天會食煲仔公仔麵(如果有的話), that's all。不過, 昨晚卻出人意表地去了大快活食野, 雖然唔係因為泳兒, 但都係因為佢賣廣告而知道有蜆肉意粉。一食之下, 竟然同一d走中檔路線的cafe有得揮。番茄說是來自歐洲, 其實除左甩左皮, 冇乜特別, 反而係蜆肉真係幾鮮, 廚房仲因為怕鑊而煮到好熟(成碟只係得一隻冇開殼), 不過唔算太老, 加上意粉煮得剛剛好, 又多汁(雖然好似同d番茄無關), 係值得一試。其實係可以體諒下個廚, 你估以有限的成本, 可以加d香草、迷迭香(有日盧冠廷讀做「迷失香」, 唔知阿黃宇詩定劉彩玉讀「迷佚香」, 可怕! 其實係「秩」音)咩? 心思係唔夠, 但我好欣賞大快活對質素控制, 比起大家樂認真, 唔知多唔多人有同感呢?
