大食會中大部份o既會員都未食過蒸鍋,睇到XO仔之前寫過o既蒸鍋食評及聽到親友們不斷o既讚賞,會長終於忍唔住,經多個星期明查暗訪後,決定組隊一試友人推介o既「疍家佬蒸氣石鍋專家」。位於萬事昌廣場一樓o既「疍家佬」離尖沙咀幾個地鐵站出口都唔遠,清一色居港o既會友都話地點方便,且唔難搵。商場望落可能係舊啲,不過佔用半層面積o既餐廳卻又裝修得好光鮮闊落 ,係細佬去過咁多間蒸鍋專門店中環境最高雅o既一家。大堂中央擺有大大小小o既圓枱散座,近窗一邊就排出一列四人卡位。天花用上竹造燈罩及漁網裝飾,盡顯「疍家佬」本色。 後方有個小漁場供食客揀選魚鮮。大小魚缸內有多種新鮮海產。亦有小池、冰陣展出貝類食材。牆上紙張道出可選之蒸煮配料。會長早於一星期前訂位,為一行九人留咗間靚房 ;私人空間足,又有專人服務,公用、自用餐具齊備,衛生又舒適。有別於小肥之前食過o既蒸鍋店,「疍家佬」並無續位計o既套餐提供 ,只有兩頁o既散叫單項及小漁場每日不同o既海鮮品種。此外,餐牌上清楚列明指定收費項目,包括醬料$18/位、茶錢$10/位、小食$10/份(每六人一份)及另收加一,其餘開瓶費及切餅費則為$50/樽及$5
