星期日約咗朋友行工展會,出發前梗要醫吓個肚先啦。但係我呢個朋友不嬲都對食物有要求,點好呢?突然諗起之前有朋友介紹有間新開嘅西餐喺附近,一於去試吓先。平時行過耀華街,唔係酒吧丶糖水舖,就係婚紗、時裝店。原來呢棟大廈(百樂中心)集中咗好多食肆㗎!上到去19樓間餐廳,有好多窗口位,同埋大部分都可以望到跑馬地馬場㗎!坐低之後,個侍應介紹佢哋今日啱啱轉咗新餐單,同埋新加自選醬汁嘅方式添!餐湯可以揀忌廉粟米湯或者洋蔥湯…頭盤仲有沙律啦,疏乎厘啦…吓!!!疏乎厘唔係甜品嚟㗎咩?仲加咗波菜同發達芝士…即係點呀!呢度個廚師係咪有D問題呢?個侍應見我塊面咁多問號,佢就show 佢哋個facebook fan page 啲相俾我哋睇。啊!原來係咁!大家睇相就明㗎啦!波菜嘅鮮嫩丶香濃嘅發達芝士丶淡淡嘅蛋香,再加埋落咗黑醋嘅雜菜沙律,呢個配撘原來又幾好味喎!主菜方面,我就揀咗燒烤原隻法國春雞。醬汁方面有洋蔥汁、紅酒汁丶黑椒汁丶迷迭香燒汁同野菌汁。最後聽個侍應推介,我揀迷迭香燒汁。之前有朋友試過佢哋嘅燒雞都話OK。我無信錯佢。真係好好味,唔使點汁都咁好食。仲要嫰滑多汁,連雞胸位丶同脾位,都一樣咁滑。個侍應幫我問廚
