To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙嗲王多年來以白咖哩聞名好多年冇食，突然懷念佢嘅白咖哩所以就入餐廳回味下鐵板Grill嫩巨髀白飯🍚 $84（ 配白咖哩汁 +$3 ）記得好多年前仲未有呢個菜式所以今次係第一次試果然如餐牌所講，雞髀比平時食到嘅雞髀更大隻 😂 夠哂飽肚啱曬係食肉獸嘅人肉質亦比平時食到嘅雞髀嫩雞髀係烤唔係炸，啱曬怕熱氣嘅我 ～白咖哩汁亦保持到一貫嘅水準非常可口滋味，油脂香好吸引白咖哩汁面頭嘅蒜片好香，帶微微嘅脆同汁非常夾，令風味更加昇華
