To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前響影片分享網站見到韓國名人白鍾元老師來港介紹見佢食得津津有味,就即刻想試9點黎到,但都仲全場滿席 可見水準應該唔會差 ,令人期待入到去環境就普通舊式茶記,都幾迫下叫左招牌走地雞 ,  蠔餅 , 白灼蝦 同 黑椒牛仔粒 白灼蝦叫左斤半,隻隻都好大隻  好多膏  之後黎左招牌走地雞, 有雞味....但唔滑 都算好味既黑椒牛仔粒 有少少炒蜆風味 有少少鑊氣味 都唔錯最後蠔餅 依個就真係一般般 蠔好水 蛋無味 總結:可能食依D小菜環境 氣氛重要過食物質數; 見到白老師食得咁開心 ? 食完後令我懷疑係未有旅行加乘餐廳整體味道唔差,最值得一提既係野飲無一樣好飲 位置亦都僻僻地 所以經過一試無妨 專登去就見仁見智啦~
