一想到吃日式餃子,就自然會想起專食餃子的餃餃餃子,唔想過海去灣仔店就可以去紅磡分店。過晒正常食飯時間,不用等位就可以坐低。餐牌跟上次黎時改動唔算好大,不過就有幾款新項目加入。台面有四款餃子汁和醬料,可以因應個人喜好和所點的餃子款式而添加蘸點。次次都會叫的招牌人氣no.1餃子: Chao Chao 餃子。煎成一排的餃子十分皮薄,其中一邊煎至金黃,帶有薄薄脆漿微微脆口,豬肉餡料都幾多汁,唔會煎到好乾,一口大小,多吃幾隻也不膩。Puri Puri 海老餃子 - 呢款餃子令次都係會必點,餃子餡加左原隻蝦粒,爽口彈牙,跟煙韌的餃子皮成對比,而且隨碟附有海鹽,齋點鹽唔點醬汁都已經好食。生薑餃子 - 餃子餡有薑味香但又不會有薑的辣,濃度適中不會過搶,點上味噌醬好配合。蟹肉海老特長豪華餃子棒又是必點的一款,長長棒型餃子內充滿蟹肉跟蝦肉,相當豐富,18cm的長度,既可點蛋黃醬,亦可點餃子汁,不同的味道跟食法。另外叫左碟新出既: 極上黑豚餃子 標榜日本直送及採用鹿兒島黑豚,餃子外層竟然是用一層豚肉包住,然後先係餃子皮同餡,豚肉煎過後好香口惹味,唔會太油太肥,好食!除了主打既餃子,另外叫了碗煮物: 日式牛筋

除了主打既餃子,另外叫了碗煮物: 日式牛筋豆腐煮。筋位唔多,主要係肉,不過煮得好淋好入味,而且越食越辣,加埋豆腐同蒟蒻,食落有點似中式的回鍋肉,好惹味。

最後來個餃子甜品: 朱古力餃子。朱古力餡半流心,甜度又剛好不會過膩,熱食既甜餃子,次次都要叫黎做結尾。
