平日不少報章介紹甚麼名人飯堂的,我這升斗小市民暫時未有能力去這些名人飯堂,不過總有自己心目中的飯堂,其中一個便是潮福。不論是我還是家人都愛到潮福用餐,店員的服務態度還是食物質素得到我們甚高評價。 喜愛喝湯的弟弟都很欣賞這裡的姬崧茸燉螺肉湯,崧茸配螺肉不只味道清爽甘甜,而且飽滿的崧茸散發出天然的美味更是不可言喻。湯加入雞肉熬煮,卻沒有多餘的浮油膩味,反而帶出其鮮,滋潤身心。不用說只聞其香就知道是脆皮乳鴿來了,乳鴿渾然天成香烤味道,一直深深刻進我的腦海裡。那酥脆的外皮,嫩滑的肉質,還有盈滿的肉汁,教人如何不愛。飽滿的龍蝦新鮮現蒸,龍蝦肉才能剝得透徹。龍蝦肉質鮮美,緊實彈牙的快感,每一口都是奢侈,爽得歪歪叫。鮑魚把內臟去除得乾淨俐落,透出水嫩的鮮汁,吃起來具嫩度和彈性,自然的甘甜,爽脆的嚼勁,相當迷人。一掀開蓋來炊煙渺渺,聞到的是迷人的鮮香味,顆顆豐盈的蜆肉與螺肉,裡面蘊含鮮美的肉汁。美國桶蠔肥美生鮮,亳無腥味,鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,鮮甜好滋味,吃完後有種淡淡的香氣餘韻猶存久久不散。生猛大元貝因為新鮮加上蒸氣逼出甜味,鮮甜無比。大元貝蒸後保留水份,吃起來又嫩又甜又清爽。下面的粉絲收集了所有大元
