To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屏山老地方的肉餅飯總是百吃不厭，除了它本身好吃，更吸引我的是它變化多端的口味，所以有空的時候我也會來捧場回味。芒果肉餅飯乃是屏山老地方經典口味之一，在開業至今仍保留的肉餅味道。肉餅夾雜著天然的芒果香氣，橘黃色的芒果果肉吃起來多汁又新鮮，與肉餅是最佳拍檔，令肉餅口感不單調。肉餅表面煎得有點焦焦黃黃很香酥，內裡保有鮮嫩的肉汁，非常有層次於嘴裡擴散，我禁不起誘惑即時吃了起來，不等待朋友的。超愛吃芝士的朋友點了這個六重芝士肉餅飯。這肉餅完全為她而設，裡裡外外都被芝士包圍著，且不只是一款芝士口味，而是六款。當肉餅的熱力微微把芝士熱熔的時候，芝士濃醇香味和肉餅互相融合，朋友就是最愛這味道。另一位朋友則吃芝士粟米草菇口味，香濃的芝士加上粟米，草菇在#肉餅 上面，朋友說溶化後好像在吃粟米芝士湯的味道，「芝」味十足且香甜，很對她的胃口。
