To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時晚餐多數在屋企附近搞定, 今晚多搭幾個站去到好少光顧的鑽石山站。初初以為鑽石山荷李活廣場會有好多選擇, 點知餐廳數目比想像少, 而且大部分是大型連鎖店, 有些失望。每間餐廳都大排長龍, 唯獨這家聘珍樓沒有人龍可以直接入內。酒樓樓底雖然不太高, 但柱位尚算少, 環境開揚舒適。最搶眼莫過於這一大幅印有日本古時居民生活的風屏, 頗有特色。有百多年歴史的聘珍樓從日本引入, 食物質素有保証, 價格屬中高級。小菜絶大部分over $100, 茶$12/位, X○醬$15。芝麻西檸軟雞$110擺放整齊的雞件外層包上濃密的芝麻, 西檸汁是另上的。平時食的西檸雞都是煎炸雞件後淋上西檸汁的, 這裡的做法十分不同頗有驚喜。雞件已經去骨, 方便進食。雞肉嫩滑, 可是雞味不太重。外層的芝麻十分香口, 為平凡的雞件多添層次感。只有兩個人食, 多食幾件後有些油膩。腰果野菌安格斯牛柳$180牛柳嫩滑, 7份量頗多。配上濃味的茨汁, 十分惹味。另外, 有3款菌類, 加上脆口美味的腰果, 為這菜式增添不少味道。
