To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在平日的晚上,我一向以往走向元朗的長龍店。永年士多是少數下代接手後仍舊保持人氣不滅的老店。車仔麵質素保持,性價比依舊高,$39三餸+菜底,已一間出了名的老店來說,十分罕有今晚操完,份外肚餓,在三餸麵以外又點了一個🥪榛子醬🌰多士🍜🥙菜心底+雞翼+牛腩+牛筋(中辣 咖哩汁)菜心足足有完整的六條,湯底比較少,配上大量的招牌咖喱汁,菜心比面條更加掛湯!🍜🥙雞翼size巨大,微甜。牛腩跟牛筋的分量頗多,牛腩稔,肉量多,牛筋炆至入口即溶,這就是我認識傳統車仔麵店的質素🥪榛子🌰醬多士細細份,甜而不膩,甜度剛剛好,作為小食也不錯熱柚子蜜甜而清潤,剛好解去咖喱汁的辣度今次到訪又碰到了住這邊的親戚,閑聊了幾句,原來是光顧了多年的熟客。永年,果然名不虛傳
