到沙田大會堂看表演, 友人提議在附近吃完入場, 好選不選選了明珠閣。枉稱為拍青瓜$48, 拍得不夠鬆, 醋汁不夠濃烈; 而瓜掛不上醋汁, 又硬又寡。上湯蒜子芥蘭$78蒜子欠蒜香, 一、上湯淡而無味, 二、芥蘭老而多渣, 三、加上超貴的價錢, 簡直是絕代三驕 -- 的差……以為下午茶抵吃, 不知就裡的我倆叫了好些點心, 吃後呻笨! 份量選擇出奇的少, 沒一樣好吃, 索價甚高, 價錢一點都不下午茶。豬肚燒賣兩件$22的豬肚是靭的, 豬肚應有的爽滑完全不覺; 燒賣肉球一夾即散, 得個咸字。所謂的雲勝餃簡直是個笑話。三小隻$26, 超痴牙, 餡是一扯即出的。皮是黏成一舊如漿糊般, 黏牙嚴重程度到有假牙也會給扯掉! 目店測內不少老朋友, 有無搞錯! 雲耳勝瓜做餡, 又硬又無味, 不知所謂。百花魚肚二件$26蝦膠蒸過了火, 實而不彈, 調味過咸; 碎濕濕的魚肚卻未能做到索汁的效果, 失敗。黑椒金錢肚$28約有六條, 黑椒味尚算有的; 奈何金錢肚好像「乸」得太厲害, 太化了。腐皮卷$28一客四件, 已經比平常吃的細一個碼, 像是麻雀牌。 餡料更是少得過份, 勁油的難以入口。最要命的是古法糯米雞$48
