朋友一行六人想去食文記車仔麵,但係大排長龍,就過左嚟呢度。大家都係吃貨,係 ”正宗” 兩隻字啊吸引我地嚟嘅。生煎包梗係要試,賣相不錯。一咬開即刻爆汁,被博豬肉香,唯一失望嘅係個底竟然唔脆。可能係因為我哋落單都11點,就收工掛。青瓜夠脆夠入味,辣油加埋蒜頭又酸又辣又香,好多層次。只係$30略嫌細碟。雞絲粉皮都好食,粉皮唔痴,麻醬夠多,雞有雞味。不過真係好細碟,一上菜我哋全部人都呆左。上海粗炒同上海炒年糕,眾所周知其實都係果啲嘢嚟...椰菜肉絲冬菇,加埋年糕或者粗炒炒埋一碟。最重要嘅係鑊氣夠(亦都好夠油),肉絲冬菇都夠入味,呢度嘅上海粗炒同炒年糕係冇囉筍嘅。最後擔擔面,湯麻醬夠,鹹但可以再辣。麵略幼,未算煙韌,掛湯一般。重點係,冇花生碎啊!

雞絲粉皮都好食,粉皮唔痴,麻醬夠多,雞有雞味。不過真係好細碟,一上菜我哋全部人都呆左。

最後擔擔面,湯麻醬夠,鹹但可以再辣。麵略幼,未算煙韌,掛湯一般。重點係,冇花生碎啊!
