係鵝頸橋後有一間裝修得古色古香嘅餃子店,連蔡瀾都有推薦,而且無喊,一定有水準保證。橙黄色嘅燈光,加埋木枱木椅,有著中國味道。簡單嘅餐牌,水餃、煎餃、前菜、上海麵同飯。京式醬蹄一小碟約六件$44都幾貴。醬蹄肉質較實,豬皮同肉之間位置夾集了好多骨膠原,口感十足。醬汁提升左味道,可惜俾得少左d。天氣熱,食炸醬冷麵最適合不過。麵條質素中矩中規,未至於過腍或易斷。炸醬份量幾多,肉碎足,切得幼細,唔會一大舊肉,夾雜了洋葱同豆腐乾粒。炸醬並不辣,有少少芝麻醬味,甜甜地,拌著青瓜絲食,夠清爽。最後係餃子,蒸餃同煎餃各叫一份試味。個人應為餡較清的用蒸的更可帶出鮮味,相反,味道濃嘅餡用煎就更香口惹味了!蒸餃要左鮮肉韮菜餃,個皮夠薄,餡都大,韮菜同肉比例剛好,咬落爽口。煎餃試左重口味嘅京葱羊肉餃。唔似煎餃,似平時d炸雲吞,成個餃子都煎至脆口,唔會淨係煎個底。煎餃一咬肉汁就流出,有點意外,本來以為會乾身。羊肉味勁重,鐘意羊肉嘅朋友一定會愛上。
