朋友介紹觀塘有間抵食又好味既上海小菜店,今次一於同佢一齊黎試試。傻仔左由觀塘地鐵站行過黎…真係熱到傻左,其實餐廳近牛頭角多d。皮蛋蓮藕芯二話不説即刻叫左個冷盤皮蛋蓮藕芯,之前未食過蓮藕芯,仲以爲係平時嗰款但唔同部位,上碟先發現係另一樣野haha。蓮藕芯食落好爽脆,味道酸酸辣辣,無普通蓮藕一絲絲咁,口感有d似筍,感覺好消暑。小籠包包皮好薄,夾起嗰時已經feel到個重量,果然裏面好多肉汁,味道好鮮甜,而且舊肉都好大件,熱辣辣食超級正!又係我朋友誠意推介,紅油抄手個皮又係超級薄,醬汁用左蠔油、辣油,出面嗰d多數又酸又辣,呢度咸得黎帶辣,舊肉都好Juicy上海炒年糕想食d澱粉質…最後叫左炒年糕,口感好煙un,切得薄薄一片好易入口,醬油味亦剛剛好不會過咸。

小籠包包皮好薄,夾起嗰時已經feel到個重量,果然裏面好多肉汁,味道好鮮甜,而且舊肉都好大件,熱辣辣食超級正!

上海炒年糕
想食d澱粉質…最後叫左炒年糕,口感好煙un,切得薄薄一片好易入口,醬油味亦剛剛好不會過咸。
