同老公去土瓜灣欣榮花園探姨婆,之後一齊去商場新開嘅盈苑海鮮酒家食晚飯,酒家佔地都很大,有天花上的水晶燈襯托,燈光份外明亮,凸顯高雅。座位寬敞,主打菜式包括炭香窯燒雞、冰鎮咕嚕肉,亦設有海鮮缸,有不同生猛海鮮供客人選購。窯燒雞套餐是必叫。炭香窯燒雞即叫即燒,燒至金黃色完隻上枱,當剪開雞肚時,除咗爆出肉汁,入面還藏有迷迭香草增加香味,雞皮香脆可口,肉質嫩滑入味,令人回味無窮!冰鎮咕嚕肉:咕嚕肉用冰底墊底一大盆上枱,咕嚕肉外層鬆脆,外冷內熱,肉汁豐溢,醬汁酸酸甜甜,口感層次分明。沙巴虎班雖然係晚市做優惠,但魚都算大條,蒸時間控制得啱啱好,加上蔥絲和蒸魚豉油,魚肉又香又嫩滑,超抵食。古法扣羊腩煲:用明火滾住食,羊肉選用黑草羊,肉質軟腍,點些腐乳食味道更濃郁,煲內還有豐富配料,有爽口嘅厚冬菇、馬蹄、支竹,沾滿醬汁食更是惹味香濃!再放入生菜灼幾下,菜吸收醬汁及羊肉精華後更滋味!豉油王焗海生蝦:海生蝦彈牙,每隻都沾滿豉油王醬汁,十分惹味!
