To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

通常老舖出品好，老伙計就會呼呼喝喝服務超差，金華也不例外，但老板娘則招呼妥當，可能係自己生意。今日行過都忍不住買了兩個菠蘿包和一杯奶茶回家嘆下，因金華D座位超窄，坐抵要伸直條腰，如果唔係就頂住對面，二來難忍伙計阿婵呼呼喝喝。買咗成二粒鐘，個皮仍然很脆很香，充滿牛油味，當然係用上豬油和baking powder, 臭粉就冇啦，baking soda 都有少少的，份量足以影响味道，包底鬆軟，和脆脆的皮，非常match。菠蘿油就唔好攪我啦，個皮己經係70%由牛油豬油合成，包底亦用牛油揸先至咁軟熟，再加塊牛油，個口就舒服，胆固纯不超標都對你唔住啦，加上乜粉物粉 chemical，超多糖，偶一為之冇所謂。其實個包大少適中，是數一數二好食，只售$7, 超抵。杯奶茶水準相當穩定，茶滚而濃香，奶滑而不漏喉，一般茶記難以匹敵，這又全賴有經驗的水吧，好飲👍
