To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生日飯有人請,一於食好啲!試一試米芝蓮食府-天龍軒。訂咗7:30pm, 餐廳响ICC 102 樓,由九龍站經Ritz Carlton 到天龍軒都算易搵。為咗有好啲 view, 訂位時最緊要話要窗口位。但因為天龍軒响ICC對西九龍果邊,個view主要係西九龍青衣同少少青馬景,如果要睇維港景,可能就會有少少失望啦!言歸正傳,睇睇有乜食先!小食點咗砵酒軟殻蟹,軟殻蟹係炸嘅,一隻蟹切開大約六、七件,香脆,再加砵酒造嘅汁,味道都幾好!要食主菜啦!兩個人一共點咗三個主菜,本來仲點咗個炒飯,但因為天龍軒嘅份量充足,實在食唔落,唯有取消咗,下次再試啦!第一個主菜係天龍軒必食嘅蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒,鬆軟,燒到啱啱好,又唔太濃味,好食!可能係用黑豚肉嘅關係,呢個叉燒同其它出名餐廳嘅叉燒有啲唔同,冇咁燶,味道淡少少,食好大啖都唔覺膩,想試吓唔同嘅叉燒,不防試試。跟住就點咗櫻花蝦油泡斑球,係餐廳即場推介。石斑好足料,啲肉好實在,完全冇腥味,連我一向唔食魚嘅都可以接受!再加上一杯美味嘅白酒,😋。但係櫻花蝦就冇乜特別,作為配菜尚算可以。食咗咁多肉,要食番啲蔬菜啦。點咗松露翡翠竹笙卷。唔似其它餐廳淨係得松露碎,真係

食咗咁多肉,要食番啲蔬菜啦。點咗松露翡翠竹笙卷。唔似其它餐廳淨係得松露碎,真係有一片片黑松露響生竹笙卷上面!好濃嘅松露味,喜歡松露嘅朋友可以一試。

本來食完主菜都已經飽到上心口啦,但唔食甜品又點滿足呢!結果點咗一客冰凍嘅蘆薈香芒楊枝甘露,清淡又唔太甜,最啱食完大餐後換一換好感。
埋單時間,有少少驚喜(唔係唔洗錢,我都想!),餐廳送上桂花榚同笑口棗,睇落好好味!唯有冒住曝肚嘅危險,將佢地食淸!笑口棗好好味,但桂花榚就一般!
總括嚟講,天龍軒嘅出品唔錯,相對係貴咗啲,但味道同服務都唔錯,可以一試!
