想試哩間正宗日式居酒屋好耐了,餐廳用料好多都係日本直送,係正宗日本師傅主理!店舖最出名是鰻魚,所以點了很多鰻魚菜式!白燒鰻魚串($110), 燒得好香,一點都不會腥!豚腩串($50),豚唔肉肥瘦適中,啖啖肉,入口香濃撲鼻!鰻魚肝串($150),鰻魚肝唔係度度有得食,好有營養,富蛋白質,有啲煙韌,口感特別!洋蔥串($40),解肉膩必選。一層層燒的洋蔥,能保存洋蔥的水份之餘,又燒得好入味,不會油!和牛串($140), 好濃厚既上等日本和牛味,好juicy, 超高質!鰻魚厚燒玉子,玉子香甜有嚼勁,加埋濃厚鰻魚,勁好食!茶碗蒸同小鉢都好出色!蛋味清甜,入面有海鮮!小鉢好開胃!蒲燒鰻魚重($420),鰻魚燒得焦香乾脆,肉質鮮嫩,又滲透着炭香同焦香,係香港食過最欣賞既鰻魚飯!
