聽朋友推薦而過黎試試,order左呢度嘅招牌菜──清湯牛腩粉,店主很好细心咁問我揀肥腩、瘦腩定係半肥瘦腩,怕肥嘅我自然就揀左瘦腩。上枱後睇落非常清淡嘅清湯牛腩粉,我估應該有佢獨到之處嘅,先飲一啖湯,湯頭牛油味非常香濃,呢種香濃一啲都唔油膩,鮮美十足,好似濃郁的嘅牛骨味道,唔知係咪因為加入左牛骨熬製嘅緣故呢~牛腩都有好幾件,紋理清晰,又腍又有牛肉味,而且厚度啱啱好,煮得好軟淋,唔使咬好耐; 河粉亦比較爽滑,蘿蔔雖然係配角,但都好出色,鮮美嘅湯汁渗入香脆蘿蔔入面,咬一啖,味道留喺口中一段時間,一試難忘。另外點左碟油麥菜,油菜看似普通,但其實要做到色香味俱全唔容易,可以考到廚藝,又可以睇到來貨夠唔夠新鲜鮮。好在呢度嘅油菜都無令我失望,色澤夠綠,食落又嫩又脆,非常清香,一啲苦味都無。睇黎店家用料夠靚,廚師手勢亦抵讚~
