星期日同老公去土瓜灣行下傢俬舖,想買返個櫃,經過北帝街見到好多食肆,有一間叫鳴虎的日本拉麵店最吸睛,門外貼滿字體,用店名和有關拉麵的字砌成,因為疫症關係,好耐都冇去日本旅行食當地的拉麵,老公話不如入去食返碗試吓。餐牌上的拉麵款式只有數款,配料一樣,只係湯底不同味道。鳴海老,湯底主要有香味油、蝦味噌、豬骨湯,湯底味道濃稠剛剛好,味道鮮甜,幼身的拉麵造到掛湯效果,食落爽滑彈牙。配薄切叉燒油脂分佈平均,因為是用慢煮烹調,肉質鮮嫩程粉紅色。還有荀片爽口,半邊流心蛋又香又滑。鳴虎魚介,湯底主要是日本魚乾、豬骨湯。湯底一樣濃郁,日本魚乾提香添味,令湯底味道提升。肉餃子:即叫即煎,肉餃子皮薄,內餡飽滿紮實,獨特的香氣與餃子皮融合其中滿口香氣四溢,吃起來味道濃厚且滿足。爆蛋,即係炸溫泉蛋,香脆的外層包住滑溜的蛋白和流心的蛋黃,口感和味道都唔錯!
