今日相約同事往九龍城食晚餐,朋友介紹福佬村道開左一間蝦匠米線泡飯專門店,話佢地D花膠雞湯好正,真材實料,價錢不貴,今晚和同事專程去試試!皮蛋酸薑,同事喜歡食這傳統美食,皮蛋夾酸薑,酸酸地,幾開胃。脆香胡椒炸雞翼2隻,即叫即炸,皮香脆,肉質入味嫩滑。花膠雞湯泡飯:用火興住上枱,保持温度,花膠和雞份量都不少,雞肉鮮嫩,花膠滑溜有口感,雞湯鮮甜。將飯倒入湯中做泡飯,飯和湯一起食甚惹味。自選配菜加了龍蝦半隻、魚皮餃、魚片頭、蝦匠滑和蘿蔔。龍蝦鮮甜彈牙,蝦匠滑和魚片頭爽口。
