我同朋友都好鍾意打邊爐,雖然天氣咁熱,但只要餐廳冷氣充足,就無阻雅興。朋友帶咗我嚟北角嘅「金樂軒雞煲魚鍋」,佢話之前幫襯過覺得幾好,而家喺網上訂枱可享85折優惠啊🌟。小店門面並唔起眼,喺舖外係睇唔到入面嘅環境。呢度格局比較隨性,有卡位亦有圓枱,最矚目嘅係佢橙紅色嘅櫈,哈哈。整體環境都OK,最緊要係夠冷氣👍。餐廳主打火鍋🍲,但亦有賣特式小菜。火鍋湯底以雞煲魚鍋為主,價錢唔平,但我可以講係真材實料。至於一般火鍋配料方面,選擇都多,定價亦都合理。酸菜龍躉魚鍋($288/小),呢個酸菜魚用料上乘,因為係採用龍躉🐟,而唔係龍脷魚柳。龍躉鮮味十足,魚肉嫩滑,連埋魚皮食好有彈性。雖然有骨,但並唔係細骨,所以都唔會食得唔方便。小鍋應該係二人份,不過其實都好足料,齋食魚鍋都飽咗三分一。酸菜湯底呈淺黃色,有得揀辣度,我哋要咗小辣🌶,配合埋酸菜食,辣得嚟幾醒神,又無川辣嗰種咁刺激。再者,佢亦好難得無某啲米線舖嘅酸菜臭味。鍋底裡頭有唔少椰菜花🥦,炆到淋哂,索味一流。特級安格斯肥牛($198),裝住肥牛片個碟雖然唔大,但其實佢疊埋疊埋有好多片,接近卅塊。🥩牛肉大小厚薄適中,油脂紋理幾靚,食落亦好重牛味,高質!唯
