脆皮鮮蝦腸 ~ 外軟內脆, 入面係米紙蝦春卷, 唔怪之得咁脆身~ 好好味!春卷 ~ 除左蝦之外入面重加左椰菜架, 我覺得比出邊既春卷清爽, 無咁油膩.古法馬拉糕 ~ 聞到好香既黃糖味, 顏色係好比出邊深少少既咖啡色. 真係菠蘿包 ~ 係貨真價實既菠蘿包黎架, 入面重包左d奶王同菠蘿. 菠菜鮮蝦餃~ 菠菜不會太碎, 切一少段一少段有口感, 配鮮蝦清甜好味!!蜂巢糕~ 好多一條條既管狀氣孔, 軟綿綿好有彈性, 黑糖好香, 師傅可以考慮係夏天改成凍上?杏仁茶~好濃好香又夠creamy, 正!!雪耳燉木瓜 & 姜茶芝麻湯圓 ~ 十分足料, 姜茶重要係我至愛既口味, 重姜味同少少辣.
