To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日到西營盤見朋友看到這間老店，是日正下雨但仍然有5+位以上人士在外排隊，看看餐牌覺得都啱口味於是繼續排隊。同時上網看到這老店原來歷史悠久，是西營盤美食之一。入面裝修古舊，舖頭內座無虛席。服務頗親切，是日我想食酸菜所以選擇酸菜豬扒麵而待應同我講這個麵是用雪豬扒的，提議我選擇其他豬扒麵，我當然聽取他的建議。於是選擇了菜肉餃子炸豬扒麵，餃子🥟很大件，餡料有份量，似沒有味精因為息口不口渴，豬扒有家的味道，不算太油膩。總結一句說話：真材實料。
