今日下午我們喺大埔附近做完嘢之後行過海寶花園見到呢間係以蕃茄濃湯做主題嘅餐廳叫「蕃滿門」,因媽咪最鍾意食蕃茄濃湯,所以我們就決定入去食下午茶!我們叫咗招牌蕃茄滑蛋濃湯鷄肉螺絲粉同特式蕃茄滑蛋濃湯脆皮鹹豬手意大利粉!蕃茄濃湯係用新鮮蕃茄熬製而成,味道極之鮮甜濃郁,而且加埋可以畀我們自己揀選辣度,令到味道更加惹味醒胃!而滑蛋就真係好滑溜,就算浸著喺湯入面,都唔會變「嚡」,真係好正呀!鷄肉係輕輕煎香過,所以食落更加芳香,肉質相當嫩滑!脆皮鹹豬手嘅外皮相當酥脆,食落好脆卜卜,肉質亦好非常厚身同好鬆軟,唔會又乾又硬,再配埋香甜嘅蜜糖芥末醬一齊食,除咗可以減低鹹度之外,而且會更加惹味!螺絲粉亦好煙煙韌韌!
