一京·真極上拉麵 $108迷人嫩粉紅色的 真·叉燒,先用岩鹽醃及熟成,再用真空低溫煮法,所以肉質鮮味又柔軟,好似外國醃火腿既味道,但無咁咸,同較嫩腍。湯底用豬骨與蔬菜熬制,濃而不膩,而且加入背脂令湯底更鮮甜芳香,係咸左少少。一京·極上拉麵 $98同真極上拉麵既叉燒有少少唔同,呢款煮熟的叉燒,亦用低溫烹調,所以都好腍好柔軟,而且薄切口感更嫩,鋪滿一碗以為好多,但其實得薄薄6片,有點不夠。豚骨湯底同樣加左背脂,味道係香濃更多。糖心蛋都好有蛋黃香,不過唔係味玉,所以蛋白無咩味。用幼身麵,但好有質感,煮得剛好,不腍不硬,拉麵微彈有小麥粉的香味,也掛到湯汁,順滑入口清爽。

同真極上拉麵既叉燒有少少唔同,呢款煮熟的叉燒,亦用低溫烹調,所以都好腍好柔軟,而且薄切口感更嫩,鋪滿一碗以為好多,但其實得薄薄6片,有點不夠。

豚骨湯底同樣加左背脂,味道係香濃更多。糖心蛋都好有蛋黃香,不過唔係味玉,所以蛋白無咩味。
