To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幫襯左譚仔同譚仔三哥幾年，還以為日本丸龜製麵收購後，可令侍應態度會轉好添。譚仔同三哥之前請啲鄉音侍應就無可厚非，現在丸龜製麵作老闆就咪攞啲鄉音侍應拍片黎做綽頭啦。我試過叫冬姑，張單變左金菇；單人光顧侍應要我揸住碗麵起身幾次走位讓座，好難受；單人光顧想先上厠所，就比侍應問左兩次唔幫襯就無得去厠所；一張小圓檯侍應迫八個可能唔識嘅大人同坐；啲盪熱米線經常都擦身而過。真係真珠都無咁真。偉華中心、沙田廣場同鼓油街幾間侍應的態度是最差勁。日本公司待客態度一向有好評，希望有所改進啦。留言在譚仔facebook又被封了，借此留言抒發心中不滿。
