To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友仔話好鍾意食依間餐廳,咁免為其難,當陪佢食啦 ~ 幫親過兩次,第一次都好耐之前,印象不深,只記得食物一般,食左個鵝肝、墨魚汁意粉,仲有幾樣唔記得,只給 50 分 ~ 今次係第二次,食物出品都係平平,好左少少啦 ~ 服務同環境免強接受,但實在太多蚊,而且坑渠又係附近,間中會傳來異味,怎至惡嗅 ~睇過此餐廳食評,同一問題,點解每位讚好既都只係得幾篇報導既普通食家呢?又一個做梅、失實既食評板面 ﹗所以每次黎 openrice 搵食既時候,唔會單睇佢既笑臉同分數,我會認真地睇吓到底邊個寫、同酙酌一吓裡面既內容是否可信 ~ 如果帶朋友去食飯就撞晒板喇,好慘架 ﹗經驗之談 ~不得不讚,係依度服務最殷勤既係依度老闆,全晚努力推介佢既出品,亦相當細心照顧,適當既時候還懂行開陣,比少少空間我地諗諗點咩菜,比起依度既員工更積極更進取,我都深深明白,生意難做,競爭又激烈 ﹗芒果特飲,GOOD GOOD GOOD ﹗新鮮即制,夠鮮夠凍,冰涼透心,爽爆 ﹗香草包,可能放左好耐、又可能儲存得唔好,麵料既香味同香草味道都不足,而且有啲變硬,無左鬆軟棉棉既感覺。咁試埋佢既橄欖油同黑醋啦,普通貨色,黑醋都還可以,但

芒果特飲,GOOD GOOD GOOD ﹗新鮮即制,夠鮮夠凍,冰涼透心,爽爆 ﹗

香草包,可能放左好耐、又可能儲存得唔好,麵料既香味同香草味道都不足,而且有啲變硬,無左鬆軟棉棉既感覺。咁試埋佢既橄欖油同黑醋啦,普通貨色,黑醋都還可以,但橄欖油唔香既?﹗得陣油味。

意式沙律,各類蔬菜均鮮爽,種類又多,份量夠晒大,唯一處理得未夠好既係溫度,如果可以清涼啲,入口會更好好味。

意大利海鮮湯,二百幾蚊,完全唔掂,湯味淡如水,無海鮮味,似蕃茄水稀稀的。而且啲蝦、蜆、帶子、魷魚、等等既海鮮全部係無味而且煮得太熟,鞋烚烚又乾爭爭又硬又靭,依兜到底咩黎架?

芝士菠菜巴馬火腿 PIZZA,全晚最好食既一道菜,其他真係想叫救命。薄薄既餅底夠香脆,正 ﹗巴馬火腿既咸香加上芝士既乳香,配合得天依無縫,而且菠菜可提供淡淡清新味道,緩和一下咸肉跟芝士既濃郁,熱辣辣放入口,非常滿意 ﹗兩個人食一個細批真係唔夠分 ﹗必試 ﹗

烤羊鞍配紅酒汁,羊鞍抺上蜜糖芥苿及麵包糠同烤,面頭焗得脆脆的,羊食五成最鮮嫰,勁多肉汁,濃郁羊肉味,不騷不油,嫰滑非常,好味。見廚師似乎經驗不足,有好多血水滲出,仲留係碟上面,唔合格。其實煮熟後,放係一旁等佢三四分鐘,先將羊鞍解體,可以將血水減至最低,肉佢自己會吸收啲肉汁跟血水。

心太軟軟心朱古力蛋糕,以簡單一個甜品結束,大路穩陣,無問題。
