To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情反覆，Lunch time 試吓呢間台式便當外賣。首先外賣都沒有折，對比附近外賣做緊8折嘅餐廳，佢哋唔算平。叫左個鹽酥雞便當，一點餐已經話無曬粉絲，比多啲青菜。咁無計啦都排左咁耐，照要。門口一排人龍，在附近兜個圈回去取外賣，點知仲未到，而且同我講無曬飯！喂好明顯你比曬其他人啦！叫我等10分鐘，哎真係唔好意思，我打工嘅，再等多10分鐘反到公司都食唔到你個便當啦！退錢吧⋯⋯當然店員萬分不願，最後見一個店員在外面買左2盒白飯返來，叫做頂檔。眼見時間無多，佢突然話1分鐘可以整起，（原來佢地只係將所有煮好嘅嘢入盒包好就得），唯有接受...但反到公司先知中曬伏！便當內有娃娃菜炒甘荀絲、粟米肉碎、菜蒲、半隻蛋、白飯，飯比較硬，而其他菜式味道一般，唔難食，但絕不是好食，算數。但另一袋鹽酥雞真係火都嚟埋，食左4舊都係雞皮多過肉，其中一塊只是雞皮！最後我放棄，成半袋唔要！係灣仔，疫情底下$59+10飲料，呢個價錢食呢啲野，我認為是1萬個伏！
