To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 關係像一條線兩個點,不過有時候這條橋無人建築,友誼頂多變得泛泛。這晚來北京樓,人多,但離奇地不嘈吵,富貴雞,北京填鴨到處橫飛,反而令現在空虛的心,渾然覺得有人氣了。忘了這道菜是何來名字,只記得甜得來,有蜜味,有油光,但是完全不油。 水準不溫不火。 糖醋魚 炸得極致香脆,店員開魚。 兔兔貓三年無見的朋友,一夾魚,一吃,嗯,不腥,魚夠鮮! 河鮮要不腥,下薑吧!然 腿茸津白( HK$88 ) 金華火腿超級咸。 津白煮得不夠淋,不過難得 刀功不錯.. 自 嚇死,以為得1碟,原有2碟鴨。 不過經理無在我們面前片鴨,小失望。後方蒸薄餅不是以蒸籠上菜,但熱氣騰騰!夾起上來極黏身,厚薄適中,質感軟熟又有面粉香.......真是京式正宗浪漫! 這碟皮肉也實在厚薄得平均,師傳你好嘢!鴨皮脆身,鴨肉味道層次分明,油潤感十足!淨皮反而太薄,不夠過癮。京式的蔥段、青瓜和甜麵醬,北京山出品!正宗!我們不想說話了,因為我都累了係咁,喵。
