Restaurant: 好食雲南米線
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由大家食開設既好食一直都好想去試,只係每只路經都未開門.今次中午12點始終見到佢開鋪,一於沖入去霸番個卡位.不過食之前諗起大家食個招牌,真係好過癮,老闆好型想食咩自己圈,仲可以圈走依樣走O個樣.但係我明明圈左都無走到.唔緊要,我就叫左個功夫麵加麻辣,配料要咸腩肉,海帶和雞肉,凍檸茶走甜TOTAL$44蚊份量都不少,每飲一口湯,香料味適中,都係類似四川麻辣火鍋湯底味,雖不特別但算美味.配料雞肉具彈性而不鞋,因用了雞脾肉.海帶就切絲,但就無咩口感.咸腩肉比一般腩肉咸少少而已,味略為單調.功夫麵就當佢係手打麵,麵質彈力不算好強,但都幾索湯.無想像中咁煙韌,但好過食米線既.味道上係不差,但配料既質素和選擇的確一般
