To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚睇完演唱會必去嘅宵夜地方！開24小時非常方便😽👍🏻！佢仲可以比你揀坐外面室外或者揀坐裡面室內！落單係用QR code落單非常方便！而且上菜嘅時間亦都好快大概15分鐘左右就上到菜！份蠔餅比想像中大份份量好足夠！點埋個醬汁一齊食超好味，蠔餅入面嘅蠔仔亦才都好足夠，口感很好！👍🏻👍🏻個福建炒飯口感佳，濕乾適中，用料十足非常有誠意，面頭嘅肉份量亦都好足夠，呢個炒飯好有鑊氣好值得食👍🏻👍🏻跟住講吓個蝦醬乾炒牛河，我覺得呢一個炒牛河對比上邊嗰兩款菜式比較遜色一啲，可能因為我唔太鍾意佢個蝦醬嘅味道太濃，蓋過晒所有啲牛味，加上我覺得佢唔係太過乾身，所以差咗一啲啲，不過整體嚟講都幾好食👌🏻👌🏻
